Copy of Birth Certificates for Cheer and for Football for players registering for the first time

Check for the Registration Fee (if you did not pay online with registration)

Please bring the below deposit checks to equipment day.  Note that the deposit checks are not cashed, but rather held until the end of season and returned after successful completion of volunteer activities and return of equipment.

Work Bond Deposit Check for $250.  (NOTE: Deposit checks are held/not cashed, they are returned at the end of the season upon completion of volunteer duties).

Cheer Equipment Deposit Check for $100.  (NOTE: deposit checks are held/not cashed, they are returned at the end of the season upon return of equipment in good condition)
